In the time of the year when cold is upon us and the sun draws nigh
You've given the warmth of friendship so this dragon can continue to fly

With heart and compassion you've alway come thru
I count myself blessed to have friends such as you

When I seek miracles I find that they abound
I find them in the very best people in the whole world around

We drifted the airwaves then came upon this place

With a chance taken a click of a button to request a friend
Who could know how wonderous a journey could begin

We learn from each other
We share our hearts like a sister or a brother

We help each other as we pass the miles
We take time to give each other smiles

Here like other places there's both the good and the bad
My wish is to give you happiness not make you sad

We honor each other and lift each other up when the world bogs us down
We listen and offer love when there's no one to be found

When stress and drama tries to drain each day
Remember the friendship that endures, the rest like smoke will all fade away

Hold fast to to your hopes, share of your dreams, live with love
For you have captured the heart of a dragon and made him a faithful friend

In my eyes, you are an artist in your own medium, you create everything from songs to smiles....thank you for sharing them.
In my eyes, you truly are someone worth knowing, I'm glad I do.
In my eyes, there is nothing you can't accomplish once you've set your mind to it.
In my eyes, there is no one finer to call friend, thank you for being mine. The world is a better place because you are in it.

Thanks Amanda! He is actually a VERY noisey but loving birdie! AND a big HAM! I will try and have him at every fair that allows pets! I will be at the Pirate festival in CORONA as well as the Koroneberg~

Some dragons seek to collect gems and jewels
I feel sorry for such pitiful fools,
Some dragons gather both silver and gold
I find counting such coins very tedious and old.
Let the others find things that fade as their treasure.
In my friends I have wealth beyond measure,
When times are good or bad,
When I'm feeling happy or sad.
I have ones I can turn to, the ones who care,
You call me friend because you dare,
When you need an ear in tough times or
just want to share a flagon...
Just look for this wizened old dragon
